The wonderful ~TheFelinianWithWings recently introduced me to her darling OC, Razzle the Draconian. I did not expect to like him half as much as I did. He's so crafty, and very well-played. I was so moved I felt a need to draw him, and so here he is! Art Academy Pastels, as you'd normally expect of me.
