Pretty Boy

Well, I'm just enamored with this idea of figuring out what the hell Fauvism is, and I was sick of sitting at my computer. I was watching Criminal Minds, and of course, I like Reid. Yeah. Uh. I don't know what I'm doing. Can someone help me figure out fauvism so I can get back to painting stuff people actually want to see? 

So uh, I'm aware that by turning critique on I'm going to get a lot of "hur dur this sucks" and "it looks like a kid drew it," but please keep in mind that I'm chasing Fauvism and related movements, and those are explicitly rainbow colors, abstract shapes, not quite real, stuff like that. I know I didn't quite get there with Reid. I have a hard time using abstract shapes for people. I'm asking if I'm walking in the right direction, and if not, what am I walking toward?
